Ruby Bell
Ruby is a designer interested in exploring the affordances of emerging digital technologies and the potential they have for novel, joyful storytelling experiences.
​
Her work spans across VR, AR, filmmaking, games, interactive installations and communication design. She was part of the Snap X RCA programme exploring future possibilities for Augmented Reality with her interactive AR project, Nature’s Pollinators.
​
Her professional background is in digital advertising and post-production, working with clients like Nike, Urban Outfitters, Wirex, The WOW Foundation, and Prodigious.
She was also a part of the team that made Playdeo’s iOS game, Avo!, described as “Groundbreaking playable TV.” - Apple
​
She holds an MA in Digital Direction from the Royal College of Art and a Bachelor of Communication in Media Arts and Production from University of Technology, Sydney.
